What on earth was I thinking? What were WE thinking?! Well, this pile of awesome is now officially ours.
On the (ever-growing) to-do list now:
- Rebuild garage structure – the interior is nothing less than frightening
- New roof
- New siding
- 16 new windows
- New kitchen
- New plumbing
- Refinish wood floors
- Install pellet insert/fix chimney
- Build closets
- New carpet in bedrooms
- Move water heater & relocate door to garage
- Replace bathroom floor (the subfloor too)
