Looks like a rotten beam, but it’s not. It is a rotten piece of OSB painted and used to fool you into thinking there is a beam. Hopes and dreams were holding up the garage.
1950s kitchen. Very well constructed, however useless – note nowhere for a fridge.
Disgusting bathroom. But the listing said “granite tile floor”. I suppose that was true, there WAS granite tile laid on the floor – no mastic, no grout, just sitting there. I also think there were 5 paint colors in this 5’x8′ room.
